Steve is the director of OKANE and has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Steve’s key areas of expertise are in the delivery of complex projects and the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary project teams acting as both cost and project manager. Steve will ensure OKANE has achieved this project’s business case requirements in a transparent and accountable manner. Our team of experts is comprised of a diverse range of professionals who specialise in various aspects of the cost and project management assignments.
Steve Williams has held several board and director level appointments during his career. The market determined that he establish his own business in order to serve client requirements on a more personal level. It also enabled Steve to follow his passion for property development delivering unique portfolios of property to specialist needs and end users. He also has a significant involvement with a major development in the CBD of London. Steve supports the office project and cost management team on a day to day basis whilst fulfilling specialist roles for the legal sector and distressed projects.
